The next meeting of the Hastings Hard of Hearing Support Group will be held on Monday, September 1, from 10.30am to noon at The White Rock Trust, based at 5 Trinity Street.
This is an opportunity to meet other hard of hearing people and to make new friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment and to learn from their personal experience of living with hearing loss.
It is also an ideal opportunity to learn some useful communication skills that will help to reduce the feeling of isolation.
There will be free refreshments and a raffle and all are welcome.
