Hastings Borough Council is currently consulting on a new seafront strategy.
Councillor Dawn Poole, the authority lead member for leisure and amenities, said: “We want to make sure that our seafront can be the best it possibly can be and this review will help us to shape the way forward for the next five years.
“There will be a public drop-in event tomorrow (Saturday) at the Pier Hub, White Rock Baths from 10am to 4pm. This will be an opportunity for residents, businesses, community groups and other stakeholders to discuss the draft strategy and feed in comments. The aims of the new strategy are to build on the strengths that the seafront in Hastings and St Leonards already offer to help boost the economy, attract new investment and jobs and create a unique, inviting amenity.”
